 We were formed with the principals of community and youth involvement. Plato said, "A need or problem encourages creative efforts to meet the need or solve the problem". We recognized a need in our community that
affects our youth, so B.I.G. D.O.G.S. Youth Organization is getting involved.
Based in Irving, TX, B.I.G. D.O.G.S. Youth Organization was established in 2001. We reach children from 6-18 years old with specific programs that cater to their respective ages and needs. It has been well documented thatthe children are our future and that we should invest in our future. It is our goal to invest in these young lives and provide them the tools and resources necessary to become positive contributors in their communities.
We feel that education is the fundamental building block needed to build their future. With this in mind, we have established a Math & Reading Program targeted for children 6-12 years old. We assist them in their areas of weakness and monitor their progress. We have individual tutoring available for those who may have special concerns. We provide mentoring to those who may have disciplinary issues or those who just need a positive influence in their lives. Through the avenue of sports, we have established teams in basketball, football, baseball, track, soccer, and cheerleading.

The B.I.G. D.O.G.S. Youth Organization saw a need and problem, was encouraged to meet the need, and is
working to solve the problem.
